User content ~ Certain areas of the service allow users to post content, such as profile information, wish lists, comments, questions, and other content or information (any such material content submitted, posted, displayed or otherwise provided by the user on the service "). AMC reserves (but has no obligation) to reject and/or delete any user content that AMC unilaterally deems to violate these regulations. You understand that posting user content on the service does not replace registration with the US Copyright Office, the American Writers Association or any other copyright organization. For the purposes of this agreement, "intellectual property rights" refers to all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, publicity rights, trademarks, trade dress and service trademark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights. The laws of any state, country, region or other jurisdiction may exist or will exist in the future, as well as all applications and registrations, updates and extensions resulting therefrom. Regarding your user content, you confirm, declare and guarantee that: your user content and the use of AMC used in this agreement and services will not violate any laws or infringe any rights of any third party, including but not limited to any knowledge Property rights and privacy rights. AMC can exercise your rights to user content granted under this agreement without being liable for any guild fees, residuals, payments, fees or royalties that should be paid under any collective bargaining agreement or other means.
